It is design for church staff members, committee members, pastors, or anyone who will be involved in creating a membership directory for their church.

Is Congregation Studio ™ restricted to a specific denomination?
No. Congregation Studio ™ is designed for any church to use regardless of the denomination.

Do I have to register to use Congregation Studio ™?
Yes, registration is required for Congregation Studio ™. In order to register you must have an active Internet connection.

Do I need a digital camera, scanner, or camcorder in use Congregation Studio ™?
No. However, if you want to use Congregation Studio ™ to its full potential you should have a digital camera, scanner, camcorder, similar device and software to capture or import images or video. Most of these devices comes with ready to use software.

Does Heavenly Electronics ® provide any type of support for 3rd-party software applications or hardware devices for use in Congregation Studio ™?
No. Heavenly Electronics ® does not represent, claim the authorship, provide technical support, or offer any warranty for any 3rd party software and therefore is not responsible for any damages or consequences of using such software. We only provide information of 3rd party software only as a convenience for our users of Congregation Studio ™.

What type of refund policy do you have?
All sales are NOT refundable, but may be exchanged within 15 days from date of purchase. Refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy for more information.

My church does not have a pastor, leaders, or special outreach ministries. Can I still use Congregation Studio ™ to create a membership directory for my church?
Yes. Just complete the information that is relevant to your church and compile your directory.

Is there a limit in the number of church members, families, departments, etc., I can have in a membership directory?
No. You can have nearly have an unlimited number of church members in your membership directory depending on the amount of available hard disk space. However, you must keep in mind that the more church members you add to your directory the slower some operations will appear. Unless your church membership is between 500,000 to 1,000,000 you should not experience any major delays.

Is there a limit is the amount of media files I can have in a church directory?
No. You can have nearly an unlimited number of media files in your database. However, you must keep in mind that the more media files you have, the more hard drive space you will need.

Do I need to have a separate hard drive for Congregation Studio ™?
No. However, additional hard drive space may be needed depending upon the number of graphics, audio, video, animation, and streaming media files you use for your membership directory. We recommend you to have 4GB to 12GB of total hard space available or a separate hard drive for installation and storage of many large media files.

How long does it take to build a church directory?
It depends on the number and amount of data (members, families, departments, etc.) in your directory as well as the number and size of media files.

What type of CD or DVD authoring software I need to have in order to use Congregation Studio ™?
Congregation Studio ™ will word with any CD or DVD authoring software as long as it is properly configured.
